Mandatory 3-Layer Packing Hierarchy
Every item packed by Apna Cargo follows our standardized 3-layer protective hierarchy designed to withstand heavy highway vibrations and monsoon rains.
Operational Requirements:
- Layer 1 (Scratch Protection): High-density virgin bubble wrap (50-70 GSM) applied directly to polished surfaces.
- Layer 2 (Impact Shield): Heavy 5-ply corrugated cardboard sheets custom-cut for edges and glass panes.
- Layer 3 (Waterproof Seal): Industrial 80-gauge stretch film wrapping to seal against dust, moisture, and rain.
Specialized Item Packaging Protocols
LED TVs & Artwork: Packed inside double-walled wooden crates or customized plasma boxes with inner foam padding.
Crockery & Glassware: Wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap, and stored vertically inside reinforced partition cartons with "FRAGILE" sticker tagging.
Clothes & Linens: Stored in clean, heavy-duty wardrobe cartons to prevent wrinkling and dirt exposure.
